The first part of the Fleet management module consists of projects management overview where schedule for Class Renewals (CR), In Water Surveys (IWS) and other Projects can be maintained by stakeholders and visualized for all relevant parties.
When users access the overview they are greeted with screen as shown below consisting of:
- Filters for classes, ships, event, date range, status, etc.
- Timeline showing the projects within the selected date range
- List view of all projects, showing highlight information when closed and all information when expanded
New projects can be added from the [...] menu in the top right corner and existing projects can be edited by clicking on the edit icon at the end of each line in the list view or by clicking on the project on the timeline. Note that edit rights are needed for these options to be displayed.
