Add a terminal entry

The user can add a terminal entry using a link in the top right corner of the main Terminals page.

After clicking the 'Add terminal entry' link the user will be presented with a form where the user can select the following:

• Region. The terminal's region.
• Subregion. The terminal's subregion.
• Port Locode. The terminal's port UN LOCODE.
• SMDG. The terminal's SMDG code.
• Name. The terminal's name.
• Match Code. The terminal's internal matchcode.
• Called Status. Whether the terminal is called or not.

After choosing these options the user can the select Create to add the button to the list of terminal entries.
