The user can choose to share a terminal with a party outside of the Ankeri Platform to request information. This means that a user without login credentials to the Ankeri Platform can edit data for a specific terminal and then submit it.

To share a terminal the user will access a specific terminal entry and then click the top right corner button 'Share' to open the Share Terminal Questionnaire form.
There the user will choose the following:

- Message. The message to include in the share with email.
- Expires. The expiry date of the terminal share. After the date is surpassed the user with the share email can no longer access the terminal information. The user can though request for the share to be extended.
- Length unit. The unit of length dimensions, meter or feet. The unit chosen will be presented to the user in the share. All data will be stored in the SI meter unit.
