NOTE: This functionality is now only done by Ankeri support and not available to Ankeri users (administrators).
The Ankeri master fields are the basis for connecting data between ship owner and charterers in the most efficient way. By connecting your companies data to an Ankeri master fields you can:
- as a ship owner; quickly and efficiently fill out charterer questionnaires for charterers that use Ankeri as well as charterers that still base their questionnaires on Excel files
- as a charterer; get your questionnaires filled out in matter minutes instead of days
To connect a data field to Ankeri master field you start by finding the field in question in the table as shown below. You can either scroll down the list of fields or use the search function on the top of the table.
Once the correct field has been found you can see if it is already mapped to Ankeri master field and has a reference id (Ref.Id) or not. For fields that haven't been mapped, you can clic on the Map link and search for an Ankeri master field to connect to as shown below.
Same approach can also be taken if you need to edit connection for fields that have already been mapped to an Ankeri master field. Simply click on the Ref.Id and follow the same procedure.
