Charter parties feature gives an overview of past, ongoing and upcoming charter parties.
Add charter party
Users with edit rights for Charter parties can click the Add charter party button to add a charter party. See more instructions on the Charter parties page.
Ongoing charter party
The Ongoing charter party table gives an overview the ongoing charter party in terms of counter-party, delivery and redelivery dates, time elapsed since start of charter part, number of performance warranty terms and whether it is an extension (addendum, rate change etc.).
Timeline
The Timeline gives an overview of the ship's charter parties. Hover over each charter party to see the delivery and redelivery dates and resulting duration. By default the timeline shows six months before and after today.
Click the plus icon to zoom in the timeline and the minus icon to zoom out. Click the home icon to reset the zoom. Click the expand to see all charter parties.
All charter parties
The All charter parties table given an overview of all charter parties. In addition to some of the columns in the Ongoing charter party table it also includes:
- Retrospective: Percentage time inside, about or outside the performance warranty. Click the Calculate button to calculate the retrospective if it is not available. Click the Details button to go to the Monitoring section for the charter party period. Please note that the retrospective is only shown for past charter parties, for those that have warranty and for ships including performance data in Ankeri.
Users with edit tights for Charter parties can click the following buttons:
- Extend: To extend the charter party (rate change or option to current charter party and addendum, addendum (rate change) and addendum (option)
- Edit: To modify the charter party (counterparty, dates etc.)
- Delete: To delete the charter party
