When user receives a questionnaire to review in Ankeri, the user will also get the option to create a new ship profile for its company (right to add profile required) or update the profile if it already exists (edit rights required).
Note that these options are currently available for companies when they receive a review request in Ankeri. A standard ship profile share does not offer this feature.
Create your own ship profile
When a questionnaire received in Ankeri has been filled out and completed by ship owner or its representative, the user will get the option to create a ship profile for its own company based on the values entered. This will store the values and simplify answering of future questionnaires in Ankeri.
Update your ship profile
If your company already has its own ship profile for the ship being reviewed, the user will get the option to transfer the values entered into the questionnaire to its own ship profile. Note that this only transfers values into empty fields in your ship profile and no values are overwritten.
