From the dropdown on Specification, the user can access Plausibility which contains various data validation checks for the given ship profile.
Note that Plausibility is currently not shared with a ship profile and therefore only visible to the company owning each ship profile.
The number given for each check can come from the following locations:
- Specification: if number is already available for the given ship we show that number in the second column and display it green on chart.
- Estimated: if number is not available from Specification we display the average number for the comparison vessels (sisters, similar size, etc.) in the second column. Average value is always displayed black on charts.
Comparison with sister vessels
Sister vessels are those with the same Ship Class Design.
Comparison with similar sized vessels
Similar sized vessels are those that have Nominal TEU within same +5%.
