In a previous article it has been discussed how ship owners can fill out a review request (chartering questionnaire) received from charterers.
The following is for ship owners that are already using Ankeri for their ships. It describes how information from their own version of a ship profile can be used to populate a ship profile share received from charterer.
Initial state
It is assumed that charterer (Moving Arrow) to the left below and ship owner (Redbird) to the right both have their own version of a ship profile for Ship A.

Ship profiles are considered to be for the same ship based on same IMO number. Ships can have different names depending on the owner of each ship profile.
1. Charterer sends a review request
By sending a review request, the charterer is sharing their profile for Ship A and asking a dedicated user at the ship owner's end to fill it out.

Note that ship profiles are usually shared with an expiry date and will become unavailable to the dedicated user at the owners end once the share has expired.
2. Ship owner fills out the information requested by the charterer
The user who received the review request on behalf of the ship owner can now open the charterer's version of the ship profile for Ship A and start filling it out.
As indicated on the picture above, the user can either enter the requested information manually or by copying the information from the ship owners version of the ship profile for Ship A.
To copy information from ship owner's version of the ship profile for Ship A to the charterer's version user simply hovers over the Available from your ship profile value and clicks on the Use this value button that appears.
