When user logs into Ankeri, user is greeted with an overview of all available ship profiles, owned or shared. If the user's company has any incoming charterer questionnaires to complete, those are also shown on top of the page.
Each ship profile is represented in a card as further explained below.
Filters
Ship cards can by default be filtered based on:
- My ships / Bookmarked
- Shared by you
- Nominal TEU intake (for container ships)
- Classification society
- Last dry dock
In addition that that, customised filters can be created based on any of the fields available for your company. Filters are defined and added per company as a part of on-boarding, but can easily be customised by Ankeri at any time. Commonly included filters include:
- Charter vessels
- Ship class design
- Ship manager
- Length overall
- Draft
- Flag
- etc.
For companies using StormGeo's s-Insight with access to its API as data source, there is also an option to include a filter for all Active ships, i.e. ships that are actively reporting.
An Export button to export the displayed profiles to Excel is shown in the top right corner (three dots button). User can choose to export all data or individual categories.
Charterer questionnaires
If user's company has any ongoing charterer questionnaires that need to be worked on, those are shown on top of the Ships page with link to the actual questionnaire.
Ship cards
Each ship profile is highlighted in a ship card as shown on the figure below. By clicking on each ship card, the user is taken to the corresponding ship profile with detailed access to that particular ship.
There are few indications about each ship shown on the ship card. The following picture explains the anatomy of a ship card.
