Apart from the limitations in the answer given above you are able to share your ship profiles with anyone that has a legit corporate email address.
Publicly available email services such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. are not considered to be legit corporate email addresses and are therefore excluded along with other roughly 11,000 domains.
