Signing in or registering
Following gives an overview of how users can sign on using Single sign-on. This only applies to companies that have this feature enabled.
Deactivating a user
Single sign-on is based on SAML 2.0 which is a federated authentication protocol which facilitates single sign-on from your company's user directory to Ankeri. However it should be kept in mind that it does not define a mechanism for deprovisioning of users.
Once a user is removed from your company's user directory they simply cannot log in to Ankeri anymore. The user still remains in Ankeri and should be manually deactivated.
Administration settings
Companies can offer their users to sign-on to Ankeri using single sign-on. This feature is currently available for companies that:
- Use Azure Active Directory (currently known as Microsoft Entra ID)
- Have access to Ankeri via dedicated sub-domain
- Contact support@ankeri.net or your dedicated account manager at Ankeri for information on how to setup a sub-domain access
Note that the following settings are available to users with administrator rights to Ankeri on behalf of their company.
- Setting up Single sign-on using Enterprise application in Microsoft Entra ID
- Activate Single sign-on
- Update certificate for Single sign-on
Please contact support@ankeri.net for further information.
